Welcome to Buzaar. By creating an account or using the Buzaar app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What Buzaar Is

Buzaar is a mobile platform that connects collectors looking for specific items ("bounty hunters") with sellers at collector events. We facilitate connections — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Buzaar. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent bounties or offers.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload illegal content or infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or rankings.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.

5. Bounties and Offers

• Posting a bounty is a genuine request to find a specific item.
• Making an offer is a genuine commitment to sell at the stated terms.
• Buzaar does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed.
• All disputes between buyers and sellers are handled between those parties. Buzaar is not responsible for failed transactions.

6. Ratings

Users may rate each other after a completed deal. Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. Fake or retaliatory ratings are prohibited.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions). By posting, you grant Buzaar a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. Do not post content you don't have the right to share.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

Buzaar is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the conduct of other users. Use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
